Here's what you can expect at our Yin Yoga Classes:
Yin is the perfect antidote to our often fast-paced modern lives. Yin yoga is an introspective, passive practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body - the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks.
The practice cultivates qualities of surrender, patience, and acceptance as we simply let gravity do the work and relax into each shape. After a yin session, you'll likely feel spacious, calm, and deeply refreshed.
I invite you to slow down, tune inward, and discover the potent medicine of stillness in yin.
Ready to slow down and discover the power of stillness? Join our yin yoga class!
